With an in-depth understanding of the intricate dynamics of the London rental market gained through extensive experience, Kristina excels in catering to clients from diverse global backgrounds. Her dedication is evident in her ability to consistently provide tailored solutions that meet individual needs, underscoring her unwavering commitment to exceptional service.

Grace – Client Account Manager

Grace is an experienced lettings professional with a passion for providing quality service to clients. With over 10 years of experience in the industry and ARLA qualified, her skills in property management and commitment to excellence makes her a trusted professional in the field. Grace has extensive knowledge of relevant property legislation and is dedicated to keeping up to date with changes.

Dovile – Property Manager

Dovile has been working closely with Kristina since December 2020. She has spent her 10-year career working in property management services and so knows how to deliver the best possible assistance. As a property manager, her professional determination to complete the job to the highest standard ensures that our tenants are always looked after. Dovile has an in-depth knowledge of our property portfolio and always wants to make sure your asset is looked after before, during and after tenancies.

Michelle – Property Manager

7 years of property management expertise for syndicates and private clients, dealing with a diverse range of assets. Michelle is dedicated to protecting and developing her clients’ assets. She ensures a proactive approach to obtain the best results for both our clients and tenants. Michelle is currently on maternity leave enjoying raising a little one.

Lucas – Property Manager

As a Property Manager, Lucas is responsible for overall management of the properties. This involves managing the maintenance issues and organising the cynical maintenance for all of our properties as well as general support to the tenants.
Lucas joins the team with over 4 years of experience working in a similar management role for the luxury complexes within the Build to Rent and Block Management sector. This customer-facing role gave him good experience in quickly responding to client’s requirements as well as handling challenging situations and gave him good insight into the demands and expectations of our clients and the tenants.

Toby – Digital Marketing Executive

Toby is a Digital Marketing Executive with over 3 years of experience. He has experience working on multiple marketing channels where results are at the core of the strategies he builds. Toby specialises in SEO and has worked with a wide range of clients where he consulted, built and managed SEO strategies. Toby is now working with us to promote our new venture and our beautiful properties.

Katherine – Digital Marketing Executive

With over 1 year digital marketing experience, Katherine has demonstrated her prowess in market analysis, social media strategy, and campaign management, particularly in her adept use of social platforms to amplify brand narratives. Arbaz has been in the letting market for over 3 years and has rented properties all over London.
