Kristina – Founder & Director

Kristina Dabrila, Founder and Director of Crown Luxury Homes, brings over 20 years of experience in London’s residential property sector, having begun her career in lettings in 2005. An ARLA Propertymark member, she combines extensive industry knowledge with a strong understanding of property legislation, residential lettings and property management.

Alongside her expertise in lettings and property management, Kristina has experience in residential property sales, advising clients on pricing, marketing strategies and positioning properties to attract buyers in a competitive market. Her broad understanding of London’s residential property market enables her to provide well-informed, commercially focused advice tailored to each client’s individual objectives, whether letting, managing or selling their property.

Having worked with clients from diverse international backgrounds, Kristina is committed to delivering a personalised service built on trust, transparency and attention to detail, with a strong focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Grace – Lettings Manager

Dovile – Property Manager

Dovile brings 16 years of experience in residential property management and has worked closely with Kristina since December 2020. With an in-depth knowledge of the Crown Luxury Homes portfolio, she takes a proactive approach to property care, ensuring that properties are well maintained and tenants receive a professional and responsive service throughout their tenancy.

Dovile also specialises in utilities management, coordinating utility accounts and supplier arrangements to ensure these are handled efficiently. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to high standards make her a valued member of the team, helping protect landlords’ investments and ensure the smooth running of properties.

Michelle – Property Manager

Michelle is an experienced Property Manager with 15 years in the residential property industry. She combines extensive property management knowledge with strong technical expertise, particularly in complex heating, cooling and other building systems. Her ability to understand technical issues and coordinate effective solutions helps ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and maintenance matters are resolved efficiently.

With a proactive and detail-oriented approach, Michelle is committed to protecting landlords’ investments while ensuring properties remain safe, comfortable and well maintained for their occupants.

Toby – Senior Marketing Executive

Toby is the Senior Marketing Executive at Crown Luxury Homes, bringing expertise in digital marketing, SEO and advertising strategy. Since joining the company in 2019, he has played an important role in promoting our portfolio of prime residential properties across a range of marketing channels.

Toby oversees the company’s marketing activities and coordinates the marketing team, ensuring a consistent brand identity and effective marketing strategies across the business. His experience and strategic approach help strengthen the Crown Luxury Homes brand and maximise the visibility of our properties.

Arbaz – Property Consultant

Arbaz has been part of Crown Luxury Homes since December 2019 and brings valuable experience in London’s residential property market. As a Property Consultant, he assists clients with both lettings and sales, taking the time to understand their individual requirements and helping them find properties that suit their needs and aspirations.

With a strong understanding of the London market and a personalised approach to client service, Arbaz is committed to guiding clients through their property search and providing support throughout the process. His market knowledge and dedication help ensure a smooth and positive experience for both prospective tenants and buyers.

Gabi – Property Co-ordinator 

With a background in psychology and a strong focus on client care, Gabi joined Crown Luxury Homes in 2025 to support our commitment to high standards in property management. She coordinates everything from move-ins and inspections to maintenance and compliance, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both tenants and landlords. Gabi’s calm, attentive approach helps build trust and reliability across every stage of the lettings process.

Cece – Client Relations Executive

With a background in finance, Cece brings strong analytical thinking and professionalism to her role in client relations. She is fluent in Mandarin and plays a key role in supporting our Chinese-speaking clients throughout their property journey — from viewings and move-ins to resolving issues and providing ongoing support. Cece’s patient, solution-focused approach ensures every client enjoys a smooth, personalised experience, reflecting our commitment to high-quality service.

Yue – Digital Marketing Assistant

Yue is a talented marketing professional responsible for developing Crown Luxury Homes’ marketing presence among Mandarin-speaking audiences. She brings fresh ideas and creativity to promoting the company’s properties and services across Chinese digital platforms.

Her responsibilities include creating engaging video content, promoting property listings and coordinating targeted marketing campaigns. With a strong understanding of audience preferences and cultural nuances, Yue helps strengthen the company’s brand presence in the Mandarin-speaking market and connect with potential clients through engaging, tailored content.
