• Proactive communication with both the landlords and tenants
  • Manage and respond to landlord and tenant property queries and issues
  • Conduct handover sessions and follow up on snagging progress with developers
  • Check and prepare properties for new tenancies
  • Meet new tenants at the start of the tenancy
  • Assist clients with setting up utilities, furniture, etc.
  • Schedule and carry out property visits
  • Keeping property records up to date
  • Support Lettings Director and other team members with additional tasks as and when required

In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.


Skills, Knowledge And Experience

You will receive comprehensive training on your role, however, we are ideally looking for somebody that already has the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Chinese speaker with fluent English
  • Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese
  • Prior experience in residential lettings or sales is preferred
  • Excellent communications and customer service skills
  • Ability to build relationships and recognise when to consult others
  • Strong attention to details
  • Be efficient and organised
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
