Crown Luxury Homes are proudly partnered with Flatfair. Flatfair is a 0% deposit scheme that is beneficial for both landlords and tenants. Instead of paying the 5 or 6 week deposit to secure a rental property, tenants pay Flatfair an affordable one-off membership fee. Tenants pay for any established charges at the end of their tenancy with the same rights as with a cash deposit. Landlords benefit from up to 10 weeks of protection and fee recovery for any additional charges if needed. We are also partnered with RentGuarantor. They act as a guarantor to help students to secure accommodation, rather than asking friends or family to be their guarantor.

This enables students to secure their accommodation quickly and easily. The process has been made simple, so they can waste less time trying to find a suitable and reliable guarantor.
