Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and prepare properties for new tenancies, ensuring all systems are in working order and the property is clean and presentable.
- Coordinate the arrival and onboarding process for new tenants, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Manage end-of-tenancy matters, including inspections, organising cleaning, and overseeing any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Conduct regular property visits to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet required standards.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers for necessary repairs, maintenance, and cleaning services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards related to rental properties.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.
- Provide support to other property managers ensuring continuity of service and care for the properties, landlords and tenants.
Requirements
- At least 1 -2 year experience in property management, ideally within the serviced apartment/hotel industry, or a background in property maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and service providers.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties and tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with tenancy laws and property standards is an advantage.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
